Palouse Mall mauls the Palouse

How outrageous that the Palouse Empire Mall has gone ahead and ravaged the
landscape against the wishes of the property owner, the City, and the
citizens. I think they should not only suffer a serious fine, but also be
required to replace every single plant they destroyed with a mature plant of
equal value. The Mall and it's Spokane management is out of control.
