Mac and visionaries--

Thanks for your questions on the leaf collection.  Your leaves need to be
put out in the same place you put your garbage for collection, so if you put
your garbage in the alley, put your leaves there too.

As for the plastic bags, it's OK to use them if you leave them open AND
leave a garbage can or other container out for us to put the empty bags in
when we've finished dumping the leaves out.  We want to avoid having plastic
bags blowing around and littering the city.
