Dear Robin,
Its great to get this announcement! Just a couple of questions: If our
garbage is normally picked up in the alleyway, are we still supposed to
place our bags/boxes of leaves on our front curb? Also, it sounds like we
can use plastic leaf bags as long as we make sure they're open at
pick-up? Thanks very much.
