Highway 95 South

Visionaires-I talked to Doug Moore of the Idaho Department of
Transportation in Lewiston today
about plans for the Highway 95 Moscow-Genesee.  Doug reported that the
Department is
finalizing details on 2 or three alternatives routes, and that there will
be public hearings probably
in December or January regarding the route selection.

One the route is selected then 2001 will be spend with planning, surveying,
and other
details, and actual construction would not start until 2002.
