       Here is the second part of the report from the Moscow Parks and
Recreation Department about the pool.
    I assumed there were three parts to the report.  It looks like there
was no narrative, because the third part was just a cover page with no
data or information.
    So, this is it.  You'll have to figure out what it means to you
without any help from the department....
