UI play opens Wednesday
The University of Idaho Theatre Department's season opens Wednesday,
October 4 at the KIVA Theatre with "The Chemistry of Change" by Marlene
Meyer. It's described as "dark, surrealistic comedy in which a quirky
family learns what it means to create personal happiness."
The play is directed by MFA candidate Tracey Benson. It is rated R by
the UI Theatre Department, since it contains explicit adult subject
matter and may not be suitable for young children.
The Chemistry of Change runs October 4 to October 8. Curtain time is
7:30 p.m.
Wednesday through Saturday with matinees at 2:00 p.m. on Sat., October 7
and Sun., October 8. Single performance tickets are $8 adults, $7
seniors, $6 youth and $3 UI students.
Tickets and reservations are available by calling the UI Ticket Office
at 885-7212. (You can save the $2 handling fee charged when making
phone or mail orders by purchasing tickets in person at the UI Ticket
Office, located in the North Campus Center. Hours are weekdays from 8
a.m. to 5 p.m.)
