UI student seeks help on documentary

Visionaries:
A University of Idaho student, Blake Pedersen, has begun research for a
documentary video about the disappearance and possible killings of cats
in Moscow in the past two years.  He is interested in interviewing
people who lost cats under mysterious circumstances.

I remember that there was some speculation on Vision 2020 that the
culprits may have been coyotes or other animal predators, rather than
humans.  Wasn't there also a reward for information leading to arrest
and conviction of the cat killer(s)?  Can someone steer Blake to the
dates of stories that were done last year in the Daily News and Tribune
on this topic?  (Perhaps someone on this list clipped the articles.)
