The earth-movers are busy again at the 51-acre development across from Moscow Building Supply on highway 95 just north of Rosauers supermarket. After almost a year of inactivity, the equipment is moving dirt again. Does anyone know what is happening? New money being invested? A store being built? A demolition derby track under construction?
