Re: Informal tree meeting tonight

Kenton and Others,

I can't make it to the unofficial tree meeting tonight but would like to
know if it might help for someone attending (Kenton?) to have emails in
hand from a number of people opposed to removal or strong "pruning" of
these trees. If so, I would be happy to send another message for anyone's
use. My feelings are similar to many others: I am entirely opposed to
removing the trees by the Palouse Mall and would in fact support either
making that buffer wider, or adding additional tree/vegetation islands to
the parking lot. I would be happy to go into my views on pros and cons of
these changes for both sides of the fence (buffer?) if more input would
help.
