I recently received an email from Peg Hamlett, chair of the Moscow Council's 
Administrative Committee.
The Alturas Park meeting will include time for public comment/questions.
The meeting will be at the Council Chambers at city hall on Monday, March 27 
at 4pm.  Basically, the meeting will be a report from Gary Reidner (city 
supervisor) on Alturas.  Then questions from council members present, then 
questions/comments from the public.
I am very glad that there will be an opportunity to air some of these issues 
publicly.
