IDT: website/phone

The website I posted before may not be correct. My apologies.

Which gets you to the Idaho state web site, there is a link for
'transportation' at bottom of that home page. Follow that link to the 
IDT home page, and then to 'index'.  From the index click on "Your
Input", which is an opportunity to suggest that IDT put the Hwy 95
re-allignment project info on the website for further study. (The
'input' is about the website , not for project comments).

The IDT is reviewing comments from the public meetings.
The 'design' meeting is not scheduled, and it is expected to be held
"late this summer" (per Ken Helm at Lewiston office).  
Notification of that meeting will be per local newspaper.
