I don't want to sound like a broken record, but I continue to be concerned 
about proposals for tax cuts.  Today, in revenue and taxation, legislation 
was proposed that would cut taxes by about $41,000,000 to $44,000,000.  It 
would be done in such a way to benefit the more fortunate.  One of the budget 
advisors, when asked by an individual after the meeting, said the proposal 
would leave a public school budget that would just about fund statutory 
requirements.  If this concerns you, a quick message to legislators, and 
members of the revenue and taxation committee would be a good idea.  fax:
