I take it back.  I'm FOR moderation.  I'm for censorship of those who don't 
know how to configure their mail programs.  The list should automatically 
bounce ANY post which contains the character strong </

Anyone who has this problem and isn't certain how to configure the program is 
free to e-mail me.  I can try and tell them what to look for in the 
configuration.
