There is a Timothy Egan, a writer even, in Seattle. He covers the northwest
for the NY Times.
I understand that he once wrote a book about the corruption of a police
chief in NW Washington (a town near Colville?).
I hope to try and contact the real Timothy Egan and find out if he is this
same guy (not very likely, right?).
But it is very easy to first get an email account under whatever name you
want and then subscribe to V2020 and submit unsubstantiated info as fact.
