Idaho Puablic TV (IDPTV) Budget

Dear Visionaires: Do you depend on Public TV for most of your
information on Idaho affairs? Do you value its excellect programs and
perspectives on life in the great GEM State? If yes, then IDPTV needs
your instant support in the State House Education Committee, where its
$4.7 million budget is in review. Idahoans have no major commercial
stations, as do neighbors in WA and in UT, for quality programming about
our state and communities. We treasure our local Channels 8 and 12 as
our major source of good info. and entertainment! If you agree, PLEASE
convey your support for its budget by communicating with as many of the
following Ed. Committee members as possible (unfortunately, I do not have
email addresses (except for Rep. Ringo) or direct tel. numbers to these
legislators. But the House Services Office is (208) 334-2475, where you
could be transferred to legislators. OR, send letters to:
P.O. Box 83720, Boise 83720-0038, with the person's name.

Rep. Ringo = sringo@house.state.id.us
Rep. Bieter = dbieter@micron.net

Hopefully some of you can send a clear message about this need no later
than Mon-Tues. Thanks, Ken M.
