Vision statement and Pullman/Whitman Co.

Dear Visionaries,
 I just read the V2020 vision statement on the homepage.  I noticed that #4
states
"To foster cooperation among (and public involvement with) the agencies and
organizations that plan for and make decisions about the future of Moscow
and Latah County."

Given the interdependence of Moscow-Pullman and Latah-Whitman Co.s, and
given the number of people on the list from Whitman co.,
I suggest that the vision statement be amended to read:

"To foster cooperation among (and public involvement with) the agencies and
organizations that plan for and make decisions about the future of Moscow
and Latah County, Idaho and Pullman, Whitman County, Washington."
