Charlie,
I recommend that you stick with Bill.  I have recently
purchased glasses also at America's Worst (Best) and I
have had to send my glasses back three times. 

First because the reversed the lenses on not one but
both pair of glasses, second because the lens was not
cut to fit the frame properly and third because the
sold me a pair of glasses that can't be adjusted to
fit and the broke the lens while trying to do just
that.

I have received contacts and sun glasses from Bill in
the past and he did an excellent job fitting my double
stigmatic eyes for contacts, which is no easy feat.

I have learned my lesson about saving money.

In the long run YOU DON'T.

Keep your money in the neighborhood.
