One company that seems to have a great winning formula (and I am a regular
customer there) is Cactus Computer.  They have great synergies:  They make
computers, sell computers, components & software, they repair computers,
and they are an Internet Service Provider (including ADSL).  Their Web site
contains a real-time database of in-stock items, with prices.  It is a
family-owned & operated business.  The staff is generally polite and
knowledgeable.  Moscow is a lucky community for many reasons, and Cactus
Computer is one of those reasons.
