I have purchased quite a few computers in Moscow from Cactus and VGH... have used Rite Byte in Pullman, too... I didn't know this business was one that sold units. I would have like to have known that sometime ago. I suppose it is my business to find this out, but when you go out to get something generally that business that has "presence" (with advertising in some way) gets the first thought.

Shahab sounds bitter.  He wants everyone to know how great he and his business are, but then criticizes people because they don't patronizing his business.  That's not the type of person I would want to do business with.

You could have used this forum to educate all of us as to your business situation and encourage us to go to you for business.  Instead of finger pointing at all of us- the responsibility for your volume of business lies with you.  I encourage you to advertise more, and look at the positive things your small local competitors are doing to draw business.  Good luck.
