Sometimes it is the little things that help reinvent a small business or
reinvigorate a downtown. For example, how many of our downtown merchants
have not bothered to clear sidewalks of snow and ice. Most large chains and
big businesses seem to do this well. I do know city code requires property
owners to clear snow and ice, but most property owners in this community
seem to not care.
