Cats

The neighborhood guys and I were watching the Seahawks snatch defeat from
the jaws of victory and reflecting on events of 1999, and the subject of the
legendary cat killer of Moscow came up. We all agreed that if coyotes were
rampaging through our community, they would be out in force this winter.
Lean pickings in the countryside would drive these non-migratory cat eaters
into the urban areas and all our kitties would be at risk. Yet, we couldn't
recall hearing of any recent cat killings. So, the neighborhood football
and beer committee has asked me to ask, "What's happened to the cat killer
investigation?". Has it been determined that coyotes are to blame?
