Jerry,

I don't know what you pay, but many people can relate stories where 
employers expect to get gold performance from employees who are paid in 
copper.  It seems every few days I hear how the top 200 people in the 
country have a greater share of the wealth than the bottom 20% of the 
population (or something to that effect).  Some companies pay their 
employees well, but this kind of disparity in wealth shows that our work 
force is underpaid, not overpaid.
