It seems we've discussed this very kind of thing in previous threads.  
Corporate, non-local franchise moves in, locally owned business takes a 
dive.  The beat goes on.  Any verification of the Treaty Ground rumor?  
Basically Bagels was pretty good and seemed busy; what happened?
