I agree that Linda Pall has been a great visionary for the city of Moscow, particularly because she combines that vision with relentless action to see her visions realized. Over the years I think she has become more pragmatic about that action, but it hasn't reduced her activism. How she has kept from becoming cynical, I don't know, but I applaud that success.
