Re: Alturas Technology Park

I do not see the UI as a business, rather as a tax-supported and
tax-subsidized state sponsored service. While agriculture may be one of the
biggest businesses in the area, is it still one of the top two in terms of
generating income? I felt retail sales was the #1 business in the Moscow
area of impact, that is the area that the Council impacts, and I felt
development, that is real estate sales, property development, and
home/business construction, was #2. I have no real data to support my
hypothesis, just my impressions.
