Can anyone familiar with the financing arrangement provide more
information? Is the city borrowing to buy the bonds? At what interest
rate? How much money is involved?

Can anyone from the EDC tell us how this decision was
reached? Since downtown law firms were clearly not the intended
beneficiaries, what's the justification ?
I would really appreciate hearing from a city council member about this.
Or Larry, because I know you're out there. As usual, I keep thinking there
must be a reasonable explanation. (Sorry, Greg, I'm naive!)

PS I did overlook one possibility. Maybe this is a very HIGH TECH law firm.
