Scandalous!  How about some true investigative reporting from the Daily 
Snooze, or do they have anyone that can understand this stuff?

No secret that Larry Hodge was involved with Parkview Estates, too.  And, he 
seems to be the in-house consulting engineer for the City.  I've always 
worried about conflicts of interest within our current city council.  Here's 
wild speculation for you: why would Larry Johnson, a locally licensed 
contractor and excavator, consider quitting the City Council after voting 
for the largest subdivision development in recent history?
