Unsubscribing

I lost the directions to unsubscribe to this list, or preferably to
switch to digest mode, and would appreciate instructions.  The Moscow
news is too distracting, and tends to  make me homesick,  and now
that I live in Olympia, I am trying focus on this area. 

Hope I find an active list like this in Olympia.  Keep up the good
