While I still do not know what the exterior of the building would look like,
I would point out for that immediate neigborhood that the building seems
quite appropriate. You have the St. John Implement dealer there, the grain
elevator, and the recycling center just to name a few. It is the price of
progress, and while there are some historical buildings nearby, for the
neighborhood it is not too far off. Remember, form follows function, and
the owner of it must feel that it will satisify his/her needs.
