New Building

Just a comment.......how can a city that on the surface appears to be so
concerned with maintaining and preserving aesthetic qualities ever allow
that big, ugly barn of a building be built on Main Street at the site of the
Capricorn!!  That type of building should only be considered on some farmers
back 40.  So much for keeping downtown beautiful.
