Which towns will be hardest hit by the loss of revenue due to Washington
Initiative 695? According to the Seattle Post-Intelligencer, in the top ten
are Albion, Farmington, Endicott, Malden, and Lamont. If Albion looses 30%
of its revenue, how long will it take to decide to desolve the town and turn
it over to County control? If the County can't raise revenue, how is it
supposed to manage new responsibilities? Read the article at
http://www.seattle-pi.com/local/garf28.shtml.
