I just received a profanity-filled, could-be-construded-as-a-death- 
threat message from a subscriber to this list in response to my 
posting earlier today on Highway 95: Moscow to Lewiston.

I assume it's some kid with too much time on his hands this 
afternoon, but to whom do I need to report this incident?
