consecutive or concurrent? how long has this law been on the
books? is it ACTUALY enforced? (unlike so many of the firearms
laws that we now have, the kid who shot up the school in Oregon
was supposed to be in jail under federal law, they sent him home
instead).
and lets not forget, do you REALLY think that someone who is
going to kill someone is really going to worry about there jail
sentance?
