I can't imagine why anyone would panic about Bedrock USA.
After all, the car dealers acquired the appropriate permits from Whitman
County, didn't they?
The Daily News would have investigated and reported the story had permit
requirements not been followed, wouldn't it have?
Surely the business owners have traveled other corridors, such as the one
between the TriCities, and want to avoid "unattractive, congested, and
viturally unusable development," don't they?
Symbolism is unimportant in public policy matters, isn't it?
Throwing grease on the fire is better than a gesture of reconciliation,
right?
The Daily News understands what's happening. Now if only those childish
citizens weren't so blasted hysterical about
Bedrock USA.
