Thanks for your post. We do have a coyote problem in Moscow with several
seen leaving town with pet cats in their mouths. Unfortunately we also have
had, have, an individual or individuals who have been abusing, and or
killing cats. We are actively working all cases and have not stamped any
closed, nor will we until all cases are solved.
