Re: Computer Blast...

Linda,

I was very pleased to read that the City of Moscow is looking into
establishing additional sister city relationships; it's such an important
program to foster deeper global understanding. I also hope that someone at
the City has kept track of the fact that we have had a very good and
productive relationship with our sister city in Nicaragua for a number of
years now.

As you know, the Moscow Sister City Association has worked very hard over
the years to make sure that the people of Villa Carmen receive medical and
educational supplies. It would be great if that relationship could be
honored with a sign at the entrances to our city. Other support would, of
course, also be greatly appreciated.
