computer parts and sister cities

I have just tapped in and read sec's response to the use of computer
parts/programs, etc. What stopped me was the comment that the City of
Moscow is "looking in to the prospect of a sister city relationship . . ."

Moscow already HAS a Sister City relationship -- with Villa El Carmen,
Nicaragua! It's been on the books since 1986-87, and only last year we had
one of its teachers, Ana Julia Castillo-Lopez, here for a six-month period.
Could it be that newer Moscow citizens don't actually know about this very
important relationship? If so, this site would be a wonderful medium for
the flow of information. We (the Moscow Sister City Association) have been
hard at work since last summer just getting funds for some library
materials that are relevant. IF there are possibilities for the computer
age to make its way to Nicaragua, it would be a bonus beyond measure! The
cost of mailing, shipping and telephoning are prohibitive, especially from
their end.

If anyone desires to know about the existing Sister City Association and
relationship with Villa El Carmen, please don't hesitate to ask.
