The problem lies in how the list was set up. When you hit the reply button
it will give you both the person who wrote it and the list address. So if
a person isn't paying attention, the reply goes to both places. If the
list manager can, there should be a "Reply To:" line and option that has
the list address in it, so it will automatically go there. I'm on 4-5
other listservs and this is how they do it. Vision2020 is the only one I
had to keep deleting the posters out of the address field.
