1.	Approval of Minutes of July 12, 1999

2.	Agreement for Site Survey of 1912 Building  - Gary J. Riedner
Pursuant to a Request for Qualifications, Hodge and Associates was selected 
to prepare a site survey of the 1912 Moscow High School.  The site survey 
was not included in the scope of services being provided by the pre-design 
architect, Design West.
							Council Consent Agenda Item #1G
ACTION:  Recommend approval of Agreement with Hodge and Associates and the 
authorization of Mayor's signature on same.

3.	Request to Declare Equipment Surplus - Roger Blanchard
The Parks and Recreation Department requests that equipment as listed on 
the attached memo, be declared surplus and sold on consignment at a local 
equipment dealer.

ACTION:  Recommend Council declare items as surplus and authorize the sale 
on consignment of same .

4.	Application to Close Sections of Main Street for a Street Dance - Dan 
Weaver
Moscow Police Department has received an application for a Downtown Special 
Permit for street closure and exemption from Noise Ordinance from Deanna 
Robbins in order to hold a street dance.  The dance is scheduled for July 
24, 1999, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.  The request is to close Main Street 
in front of Friendship Square.
							Council Consent Agenda Item #1D
ACTION:  Recommend approval of request to hold dance July 24, 1999 from 
7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., to allow noise Ordinance exemption, and to close 
Main Street in front of Friendship Square.

5.	Annual Police Auction - Declare Items as Surplus and Approve Police 
Department Auction Date of September 11, 1999  - Jackie Lovell
The Police Department is requesting authorization to auction the items on 
the attached list and to declare the same as surplus.  Said auction is 
scheduled to be held September 11, 1999, at the Fire Station #2 located at 
White Avenue and Mountain View Road.
							Council Consent Agenda Item #1C
	ACTION:  Recommend declaring  items as surplus and authorize sale of same 
via auction.
