Attached is a copy of the minutes from the July 1, 1999, meeting between the Whitman County Board of Commissioners and the concerned entities regarding proposed changes to the Moscow-Pullman corridor.  It contains a very good summary of the status of Department of Transportation plans for the road.  Also, a schedule of upcoming events.  If you don't want to wade through the whole thing, the important date is July 26 for the public hearing (tentative).
