1. Approval of Minutes of June 14, 1999
2. Youth at Risk Grant - Mary Blyth
The Idaho Commission on the Arts has requested Moscow Arts Commission to
sponsor a grant application for support of a Youth At Risk Art Camp
operated by former MAC Director, Linda Canary. The Moscow Arts Commission
is only acting as an umbrella organization for the grant and no City funds
will be expended.

ACTION: Recommend Approval of Mayor's signature on Grant Application.
3. Ordinance Adjusting Mayor/Council Salaries - Gary J. Riedner
Moscow City Code 1-81 states that salary adjustments for City elected
officers shall be made every two (2) years. The adjustments are to be made
in proportion to the Consumer Price Index and must be passed six (6) months
prior to the effective date of such adjustments. The percentage change for
both 1998 and 1999 is approximately 4%.

ACTION: Reject Ordinance, or adopt ordinance on first reading or under
suspension of the rules requiring three full and complete readings and that
the Ordinance be read by title only.
