1. Approval of Minutes of June 7, 1999
2. Inquiry by Arlene Kellberg Regarding Park Use - Randy Rice
Arlene Kellberg has approached City staff and sent a letter to the Council

prepared a memo regarding park use from a regulatory perspective and the
City Parks and Recreation Director and Police Chief will also be on hand to
answer any concerns.
ACTION: No action is recommended at this time.
3. Pine Cone Road Property Acquisition/Conservation - Randy Rice/Roger
Blanchard
A 1.06 acre stand of mature trees situated on a north facing hillside in

but has value as an open space and wildlife sanctuary.
ACTION: Make recommendation as to whether the City should accept this
property and if so, under what conditions.
