1. Approval of Minutes of May 10, 1999
2. Site for Temporary Emergency Heliport - Don Strong
The Moscow Volunteer Fire Department has requested that the southern end of
Blaine Street (a dead-end street) be utilized as a temporary helipad for
the evacuation of critically ill or injured patients from Gritman Medical
Center to Spokane area hospitals.
ACTION: Recommend approval of site for temporary helipad; or take such
other action as deemed appropriate.
3. Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport - Grant Request - Gary J. Riedner
Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport is presenting a grant from the State of
Idaho for developments to be mutually agreed upon by the State and the
Airport. The grant must be accepted by May 31, 1999 in order to receive
benefits.

ACTION: Recommend grant approval.
4. Architect Selection for the 1912 Moscow High School Building - Gary J.
Riedner
The City issued a request for qualifications for the selection of an
architectural group for the renovation of the 1912 Moscow High School
Building. The appointed selection committee received twelve responses and
three firms were selected to be interviewed on May 3, 1999. The selection
committee recommends the team composed of Design West Architects and
Boyle/Wagoner Architects. Reviewed by Public Works/Finance May 17, 1999

ACTION: Accept recommendation of Selection Committee and authorize staff
to negotiate a contract with Design West and Boyle/Wagoner Architects and
recommend authorizing the Mayor's signature thereon, or take such other
action deemed appropriate.
