Perhaps someone from the city could respond to my questions?
What is the total dollar amount/year is the city contributing to curbside
recycling program?
What specific, measurable goals does the city have for the program?
How will the city assess the success/failure of the program?
What happens if the program is a failure?
If the current cost is $2.11/household/month, then what is the projected
cost ten years from now?
Who assumes liability for the increase in lower back injuries among
employees making pick ups?
