High School bikini contest?

I understand that there's a sign in the window of one of
my "favorite" Moscow establishments, the Beach, that is
proclaiming a "High School Spring Break Bikini contest".

Nobody was available at the Beach to give me more
information, but I am again disgusted and horrified that
this business is promoting such an unhealthy activity
for the youth of Moscow.

If someone knows more and this is more innocent than
appears, I hope they will post a clarification.
Otherwise, I hope this serves as a warning to the
community at large. This seems like an incredibly
predatory activity.
