I was solicited for a donation at the Farmer's Market once.  I know that
the Moscow Food Co-op has a donation jar, and I'm sure that a lot of local
businesses do.  It looks like the bank on the corner of Jackson and 3rd is
handling the account, so I assume that they can take donations.
