Uses of the 1912 High School Building

In response to the citizens' use committee question about how the
building's space should be used . . . 

How about these criteria for designating space for a particular use?

1.	whether space for this use is *not already available*
2.	whether this use is *affordable* and won't cost much to provide
3.	whether this use draws *different kinds of people together*

If we can meet these criteria, then I support uses that are either
*physical* (such as sports and play activities) or *thoughtful* (such as
learning and debating), or *caring* (such as adult literacy programs or
public health).
