Tim......you are the man!  I have to agree with you.  Matter of fact,
the structure where I work has a lot of small canals and common ground
that plays host to a variety of wildlife (birds, gators, turtles, etc).
Every couple of months a group of fellow airmen and I get together for
just a couple of hours and walk the compound to pick up any trash we
find.  Then we knock back a soda or a beer.  Not only does it benefit
the creatures (one thing I hate is to see a great heron fishing and
sidestepping styrphoam cups) but it presents a neat clean exterior and
promotes group interaction.  Cheers!
