1.	Approval of Minutes of January 25, 1999

2.	Review of Taxicab Ordinance - Randy Fife		(Council Agenda Item #2)
The proposed amendments to the ordinance include eliminating the requirement that taxicabs stop at railroad crossings, increasing minimum insurance limits, and simplifying and clarifying the general language.

ACTION:  Review amended ordinance and recommend changes or that the ordinance be placed on City Council's Agenda for consideration and approval.

3.	Review of Fair Housing Ordinance - Randy Fife	(Council Agenda Item #3)
The proposed fair housing amendments eliminates duties of evidence gathering and prosecution of claims, establishes a fair housing resource representative, and requires the fair housing representative and the Fair Housing Commission to complete the City Code Analysis and Impediments to Fair Housing Plan and to implement the Plan as directed by the Council. Previously reviewed by Administrative Committee January 4 and 25, 1999

ACTION: Review amended ordinance and recommend changes or that the ordinance be placed on City Council's Agenda for consideration and approval.

4.	Review of  Public Indecency Ordinance - Randy Fife
The proposed ordinance more clearly details body parts whose display is prohibited, requires an opaque covering of certain body parts, and exempts from the ordinance women in the act of breast feeding.

ACTION:  Review amended ordinance and recommend changes or that the ordinance be placed on City Council's Agenda for consideration and approval.

5.	Review of Subdivision Ordinance - Dale Pernula	(Council Agenda Item #4)
The proposed ordinance recites authority whereby the City requires subdivision standards and requires public improvements within subdivisions.

ACTION:  After consideration, accept Planning and Zoning's recommendation and schedule a public hearing for March 1, 1999 to consider the proposed amendments.
