I have also heard that Larry Grupp, Chairman of the group who paid for the
"Health Notice" insert in the Daily News, is the neighbor of a Moscow-area
organic farmer.  Grupp and the farmer do not have a friendly relationship,
so the "health notice" may have been more about personal animosity than
public safety.
